About the Role: As a School Caretaker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe, clean, and functional environment for students, staff, and visitors. Your responsibilities will include general maintenance tasks, ensuring the security of the premises, and providing support for various school events and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to the school premises.
• Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of classrooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces.
• Monitor and address health and safety concerns, taking proactive measures to maintain a secure environment.
• Undertake minor repairs and liaise with external contractors for larger maintenance projects.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment for school events and functions.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a caretaker or facilities management role.
• Strong practical skills in maintenance, DIY, and general repairs.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
