School Caretaker

Tradewind are recruiting! Are you an experienced School Caretaker looking for your next role in Sheffield? Tradewind are seeking a full time School Caretaker to start at a primary school in central Sheffield.

The school is based in a residential area of Sheffield. The school houses excellent facilities, in a modern school building. They are committed to ensuring all pupils receive a high quality education in a happy, secure and caring environment. They offer a wealth of extra-curricular activities and exciting clubs. The salary will range from £16,500-£19,500.

They are looking for an experienced School Caretaker who will provide building and maintenance support throughout the school. The role is a full-time position, for 5 days a week Monday to Friday. The School Caretaker will be responsible for open and closing the school. They will oversee all healthy and safety checks, manage a team of cleaners, and carry out general maintenance duties. Prior experience of PAT testing and Legionella testing is desirable.

Essential requirements:

Prior school School Caretaker experience, health and safety training desirable, DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for a DBS (police check), legal right to work in the UK
