On behalf of one of our fantastic inner city academies, we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join their brilliant and dedicated data management team. The successful candidate will report to and work closely with the MIS Manager to deliver a friendly, efficient and accurate data information service to support the growing needs of the Academy.
This will include the accurate inputting of data, assessment and MIS information, and the administration, processing and reporting of exclusions and admissions.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for the organisation and administration of short-term supply staff and daily cover arrangements as directed by the MIS Manager, along with other duties to support colleagues within the department at key times of the academic year.


What the school are looking for;

The school are looking for someone with working knowledge of SIMS is required, along with previous experience of data management, analysis and reporting from large databases. A high level of skill in the use of Excel and Word is required and suitable candidates will be customer-orientated, a strong team player and motivated to relish in the challenge of working in a busy and dynamic school environment. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to work effectively with other colleagues.
