Location: Kensington & Chelsea, London

Start Date: Immediate

Duration: Full-time for the entire academic year

Pay: £16 to £20 per hour (depending on experience)

They are currently searching for a Data Manager to join their team and bolster their mission.

Job Description: As a Data Manager, you will assume a pivotal role in the school's administrative and data management operations, with a strong focus on SIMS proficiency. Your responsibilities will encompass maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, conducting data analysis, and supporting various data-related tasks. This position is a full-time commitment for the entire academic year, offering a fantastic opportunity for individuals with SIMS experience and a solid foundation in data management to contribute to the school's accomplishments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update student and staff records using SIMS.
  • Generate and analyse data reports within the SIMS system to inform school decision-making.
  • Ensure strict adherence to data protection regulations.
  • Participate in the implementation and optimisation of SIMS data management systems.
  • Collaborate with the staff to guarantee data accuracy and integrity.
  • Offer data-related support when required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in data management and use of SIMS is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational acumen.
  • Familiarity with data protection regulations is advantageous.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal capabilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
