The Head teacher is looking to recruit an Office Manager to work 4 days days per week. This role is varied as it split as part Office Manager and part Bursar responsibilities.
This position is for a small school based in the Kings Heath area with great transport links and is working with a small but friendly and welcoming team.

The Hours of work are to be decided between the yourself and the Head teacher however, it is expected to be full hours on Mondays and Fridays with either 2 days with shorter hours on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Their is also an option of a full day off if that is preferred.

Responsibilities as a Office Manager include:

* Processing orders
* Invoicing
* Knowledge of using SAP
* Sims, school finance packages
* Competent IT skills
* HR

Bursar skills needed:
* Oversee day-to-day cash management
* Manage accounts payable and receivable
* Keep organised books of tuition fees and files of receipts
* Prepare expense reports on a regular basis
* Manage annual budget
* Conduct cost and productivity analyses
* Review employment contracts and terms of services
* Design and update financial procedures
* Liaise with local authorities and school governors
* Report to the school general on performance and investment/funding opportunities
