Tradewind Recruitment is currently working with an Outstanding Secondary School in Camden to recruit an experienced School Receptionist. This is a full time, long-term temporary contract to

commence in September. This position will run until the end of Term One in the first instance. The working hours will be 08:30 - 16:30.

As School Receptionist, it will be your responsibility to coordinate communications between incoming calls, school visitors, staff and students, ensuring an efficient and organised front-line service. You will be required to undertake general reception duties including processing mail, signing in visitors and issuing security passes, and logging lateness for students. Additional ad hoc admin duties will be required.

Previous experience working with SIMS software is required for this role.

This secondary school is located in Camden with excellent access to Underground, National Rail and bus networks.

· Prior experience in a similar role

· Experience using SIMS

· This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks

· Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained

· You must have the legal right to work in the UK
