Tradewind Recruitment is working with a wonderful mainstream Secondary School in Hillingdon who are seeking a talented, experienced School Receptionist to join their administration team from September. This is a full time, long term role (term time only) with working hours consisting of 08:30 - 16:00. This position will run until the end of the first term initially, with potential to become a permanent post for the right candidate.

As a school receptionist in this busy front office, your responsibilities will include acting as the first point of contact for visitors, inputting information onto SIMS, preparing letters, reports, and taking minutes, as well as other ad hoc administrative duties.

Prior experience within a school administration role, as well as confidence in using SIMS is essential for this position. You will be a positive, organised individual who thrives within a team setting. You will be proactive, using your own initiative to ensure tasks are completed to deadline, and ensure that details are not overlooked.

Serviced by the London Underground, National Rail services and local buses, this School is easily accessible from all areas of West and Central London. Free street parking is also available for those who drive.
