Tradewind are working with an inclusive and progressive Secondary School in Harrow, who are seeking a Science Graduate to join their team as a Teaching Assistant on a full-time long-term basis from September 2019.

As a Science Teaching Assistant, you will be working predominantly in KS3 and KS4 Science classes, supporting the class teacher, to provide and stimulating, engaging and exciting environment for students to learn. You will also run small group interventions and booster classes for students who require additional support to achieve their full potential. Some of the students you work with may also have a mild learning difficulty or special need; you will work alongside the class teacher and SENCo to ensure all student needs are supported.

This Secondary School in Harrow offers state-of-the-art facilities that allow teaching staff to be innovative in their lessons and enrich student learning. The school recently renovated their science laboratories and also have a large Science Technician team that assists the department. Students here also have a vast choice of extracurricular activities and encourages excellence in all areas.

Serviced by the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines and local buses, this school is easily accessible from North, West and Central London.
