*Tradewind are currently working with a Secondary school in North West London, currently seeking to recruit a Science teacher with experience to join them from September 2019.
*The school is a large and multicultural school with 1500 students on roll. Due to the growth of the school, an all through primary was created in 2015.
*The school is a "Good" Ofsted school and received this recently, after going through a journey to achieve this result.
*Year 11 results are amongst the top 5% in the country.
*The school manage to retain most students to go to sixth form and close to 100% go to university. Many go to Russel Group universities and some have previously got into Oxbridge universities.
*In KS5, there are 2 Chemistry, 2 Biology classes and 1 Physics class.
*The school is looking for a Science teacher and is able to offer middle management opportunities to suitable candidates.
*The Science department is a large department of 15 teachers including a Head of Department, who is also Deputy Head, and a Lead practitioner.
