Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting for a medium sized, over subscribed secondary school in Chelmsford, who are seeking a Science Teacher to join their welcoming team from January. The school is part of a highly successful and supportive Trust and are able to consider applications for NQT's or those with experience, as well those considering part time positions. The role will either be on a permanent or temporary to permanent basis, with the successful Science being a specialist in either Chemistry, Biology or Physics.

This Ofsted rated 'Good' school is consistently praised for it's strong leadership and clear direction. The Trust and SLT make considerable contributions and have made effective changes to improve the school. Adults and students feel valued, behaviour and attendance is very good and all parties are motivated to succeed. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic school and work alongside a hard-working and supportive team of staff. This position would suit a passionate, dedicated and motivational Science teacher eager to achieve.

The successful Science Teacher will be:
Able to confidently teach pupils up to GCSE level at least and ideally have a proven track record of successful exam results.
A committed practitioner, who will want to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning throughout their role.
A collaborative and driven individual who will support and lead on the delivery of their lessons through creative approaches to the Science curriculum.

To be successful in this Science Teaching role you will:
Hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualifications.
Be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearance (if applicable and professional reference checks.
Provide a CV covering the last 10 years of employment history, where possible, and any employment breaks must be explained.
Have the legal right to work in the UK.
