A bit about the school;
This prestigious school based in the heart of London urgently seek the assistance in providing them their next A-level Biologist. The department is considered the strongest in the school by many of the SLT, we know that from having provided them with staff for the past 15 years and in particular numerous full-time Science Teachers who have picked up permanent roles at the school through Tradewind Recruitment.

Location;
The school is located in the heart of the City, the Royal Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, West London. It's accessibility is second to none, with it being within a 5 minute walk of the District Line and 10 minutes from the Piccadilly Line; you could literally live anywhere within London and easily commute to this school.

A bit about the position;
The position is to teach Biology to A-level (60% of the timetable) and General Science to Key Stage 3 and 4 (40% of the timetable). Strong experience at teaching AS and A2 Biology is essential for the successful applicant due to fact that so many of the children choose to study the subject at A-level before embarking on University courses at Oxbridge and future Science based careers. You really will be teaching the Scientists of the future should your application be successful.

*A committed practitioner, who will want to attain the highest standards in teaching and learning throughout their role
*A collaborative and driven individual who will support and lead on the delivery of the subject through inventive approaches including curriculum design and the use of ICT
*the school want to meet a Biology Teacher who potentially would like to take on some leadership responsibility in future-they are renowned for internal promotions

*Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
