*Plan and deliver a relevant and well differentiated curriculum
*Create learning opportunities which provide pupils the opportunity to reach their full potential
*Work alongside the Subject Co-ordinator to contribute to the Development Plan
*Develop and build an excellent area of the Science Curriculum
*Monitor and assess progress and give meaningful feedback to pupils
*Be responsible for attending appropriate CPD courses
*Build good relationships with pupils and their families and provide informative and purposeful feedback on progress and targets
*To provide supportive and informative Tutor Group pastoral care
