Tradewind Recruitment are working with a progressive, 'Good' school in Milton Keynes who are looking for an enthusiastic Science teacher to join their team.
With a strong and supportive Science department already in place, the school are seeking to appoint a full-time dynamic teacher of Science. The successful candidate will be teaching general Science to GCSE as well as their subject specialism to A Level. The appointed person will be fully involved in departmental development, target setting and evaluation of student progress and will possess the following attributes: The role pays to scale based on experience and there is the opportunity to move into a permanent role.
The school is ideally looking for an experienced teacher who has high expectations and strong behaviour management. The school have a proven track record of support and development for all colleagues.
Located in the ideal location of Milton Keynes, the school has good transport links and accessible parking.They also boast fantastic, purpose built, modern facilities.
The Science Teacher must:
*Hold QTS Status
*Have previous teaching experience
*Have energy, commitment and creativity
*Be able to engage well with colleagues, children and their parents
*Have a positive attitude
*Have strong behaviour management
*Have clear and strong written and spoken communication skills
*Be available and willing to commit for the academic year 2021/22
