This client is a highly successful, oversubscribed comprehensive girl's school situated in the heart of Newham. This school sets high standards in every area of school life and consequently which in n turns makes if a disciplined, happy and caring place to work.

Our client is looking to appoint an ambitious and highly motivated Teacher of Science with a real passion for teaching and learning, to join our successful department from September 2020. The successful candidate will be able to promote their love of science and enable the girls to become expert scientists.
You will be joining a high achieving, over-subscribed girl's school producing excellent rates of student progression. Last summer (2019) 47% of students studying separate sciences achieved grades 7-9 in Chemistry with 38% in Biology and 43% in physics. Their Science APS was 5.01 against the national figure of 4.49.

They welcome applications from NQTs as well as more experienced teachers. As they have an outstanding NQT and RQT induction and staff development programme. 
They are looking for someone who has excellent subject knowledge of teaching both Key Stage 3 and the ability to teach GCSE with particular emphasis on academic stretch and challenge. The desire to improve this subject knowledge as well as your teaching through working collaboratively within a subject team. You must have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
