for an Outstanding Independent Boys school in Surrey.

The role is a full time, long term position starting after February half term and is to cover a permanent teacher who has left unexpectedly.

Pay will be competitive and based on both experience and suitability.

The school is in surrey on the border of West London (short train ride from Clapham Junction), has excellent transport links and is considered to be one of the best schools in the country.

As a Science teacher, you will be expected to..
*Plan, prepare and teach KS3 & KS4 Science across all abilities
*The ability to teach A Level Chemistry will also be an advantage but not essential.
*You will deliver dynamic, engaging lessons and have excellent differentiation skills.
*You will also have a positive approach to teaching and a proactive attitude.
*Good behaviour management skills would also be an advantage but rarely required at this school as the boys are a pleasure to teach.

*Ability to engage with and inspire students
*The flexibility to get involved with extra-curricular activities
*Ability to plan and deliver effectively differentiated lessons across the curriculum
*Attend staff and parent meetings

Science teacher - Job Requirements..
*Legal right to work in the UK
*Hold QTS or a UK recognised equivalent teaching qualification
*Subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, or overseas Police clearances (if applicable)
*Secondary school trained
*Excellent subject knowledge
