The position is a full-time post and has the potential to become a permanent position. The successful candidate will work alongside the Science Department and will be required to carry out the following duties:
Supporting students and teachers in practical lessons
Preparing materials for lessons
Working in conjunction with teaching staff to develop new projects
Maintenance of the school Sciences labs and equipment
To be considered for this position of Science Technician, you must:
Have experience working in a secondary school
Enjoy working with young people in a busy school setting,
Have excellent practical skills
Be highly organised and self-motivated.

*Have minimum qualifications of 5 GCSE passes at C Grade or above, including Maths and English.
*Have previous experience working with 11-16 year olds
