About the Schools - Secondary NQT's (all subjects) - East London
Located throughout East London this successful Multi Academy trust which currently includes 6 Secondary and 2 Primary schools all rated as 'Good' or 'Outstanding' is looking to get a head start for September 2020 recruitment around NQT's for all subjects. The schools are all very different but what they do have in common is massively high expectations of every students and a desire to see all achieve exceptional results. Based in this part of London the schools are very diverse with many pupils having English as an additional language. Thanks to the excellent teaching at all the schools, attainment is high at all key stages with the schools frequently out performing national average expectations. Behaviour across all schools is excellent and any issues are dealt with swiftly making this an excellent place to start induction allowing teachers to work on all the key skills of teaching rather than just behaviour management.

Role requirements - Secondary NQT's (all subjects) - East London
*Confident and able teacher who will gain QTS in a Secondary subject before September 2020.
*These schools will support and develop all staff, starting by putting all NQT's through a leading induction programme. In return they are looking for hard working and dedicated teachers who are keen to develop into outstanding practitioner.
*All successful candidates will be employed direct by the school on a permanent basis. Salaries will be on the teachers Main Pay Scale starting on MPS1 although the schools may be able to offer up to MPS3 for certain subjects or those with relevant experience.
*Interviews and lesson observations will take place after Christmas and through March. The schools appoint candidates as soon as they see ones they like so there is no guarantee over the availability of posts, so please apply as soon as possible.
