As a Secondary Teacher, you will:
Facilitate Learning: Create a stimulating classroom environment where secondary students can excel academically and develop their skills.
Effective Instruction: Deliver engaging and effective lessons that meet the curriculum standards and educational objectives.
Student Engagement: Foster a positive learning atmosphere and actively engage with secondary students to inspire their love for learning.
Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate student performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and educational professionals to support student development and well-being.
Behaviour Management: Manage classroom behaviour and create a respectful and inclusive classroom culture.
Adapt Teaching: Modify teaching methods and materials to cater to diverse learning needs within the secondary student population.
Progress Reporting: Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate this information to stakeholders as needed.

To excel as a Secondary Teacher, candidates should possess the following:
