Tradewind are working with an inclusive, diverse faith school in Harrow who are seeking Teaching Assistants for their Secondary site. This Secondary Teaching Assistant position in Harrow will be offered on a full time, long term basis and commences ASAP.

As a Secondary Teaching Assistant, you will be working alongside class teachers and the school SENCo, and with students in KS3 and KS4 to provide an engaging and stimulating learning environment. You will work as part of a team to provide support, assistance and to implement strategic plans that will allow students the opportunity to achieve their academic and social goals. You may also be working with students with mild Special Educational Needs. Similar experience working with children or youths will be advantageous, however is not essential as training will be provided.
