Tradewind Recruitment is working with a vibrant, diverse Secondary School in Hillingdon who are looking for an engaging, inspiring Secondary Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a full time position that will commence ASAP and run until the end of the academic year with the opportunity to become a permanent contract for the right candidate.

As a Secondary Teaching in Hillingdon, you will be supporting students in KS3 - KS5 who require additional support, encouragement or motivation to reach their full potential. Working creatively alongside class teachers and the inclusion team, you will provide a safe and encouraging space for students with mild to moderate special needs to achieve their goals. This will include providing induvial support in class and planning and delivering small group or individual interventions outside of the classroom.

To be successful as a Secondary Teaching Assistant at this nurturing, positive Secondary School in Hillingdon, you will have prior experience supporting Secondary aged students with learning or behavioural needs within a classroom, and be assertive, adaptable and personable in your individual approach to their needs. This position would also suit a confident, energetic and engaging graduate with tutoring, coaching or mentoring experience who is keen to commence a career in education.

This Secondary School in Hillingdon is serviced by London Underground services and local buses. Free street parking is also available for drivers.
