Would you like to secure a SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health)Teacher role at a secondary SEMH school? Are you a qualified teacher with a keen interest to better the learning of children with special needs? If you answered yes to the above, then this SEMH Teacher role is for you!
Tradewind are looking to recruit a Primary SEMH Teacher for a Key Stage 2 (Upper Primary) Position.
The role involves teaching a small class of KS2 pupils with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) so behavioural management training is advantageous, but not essential. The school are looking to employ a passionate teacher who can plan lessons for their cohort.
The school has strong core values such as respect, integrity and belief, they are looking for someone who can share these values, and has a positive, enthusiastic approach to teaching. This is a great opportunity for a teacher who is looking for a new challenge in the new year.
The school is a SEMH school for primary students who have Social and Emotional Health Issues.
Applying for his role will require QTS or equivalent Overseas Teaching qualification and a passion for teaching, to encourage students and develop them to their full potential. The right candidate will be compassionate and understanding of SEMH, will offer the pupils creativity in the classroom and a passion for creating engaging lessons so the pupils excel in their learning.

This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
You must have the legal right to work in the UK
QTS is essential, also previous experience with SEMH/Autism and challenging behaviour is a must for this role.
