The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate dedication and great work ethos experience in a PRU, and/or have relevant experience support young children/adults with SEMH this will be advantageous for this role.

The team are welcoming and committed to the welfare of the students offering the support that the students need to achieve their life goals. This SEN School works with students who have SEMH, the pupils age range is between (11-16 years old)

The students have all had a diagnosis of SEMH and the team are experienced in working with students with SEMH and managing the behaviours of the students, all students will have EHCP or will have a statement and through this the staff are able to tailor lessons that will nurture the fun and creative side of the pupils and assist them in growing to be confident adults.

We are interested in meeting candidates who are already love to provide learning in schools through tailored lessons and creative/versatile teaching, the school are looking for candidates who are looking to make education fun and happening for their cohort, instilling strength and values into the students.

The team are young and versatile and are interested in new approaches to learning.
