We are looking to appoint a Reception SEN Learning Support Assistant in a fantastic primary school based in Richmond. This is a part-time, long-term commencing ASAP and will last until at least July 2024.

Responsibilities:

• Support a student on a 1:1 basis
• Managing behaviour and learning
• Monitor progress
• Follow pupil's EHCP
• Encourage the child to be a confident and keen learner
• Create a positive learning environment

Requirements:

• Experience supporting children with SEN, ideally ASD/ADHD experience
• Confident working with children with learning difficulties
• Strong behaviour management techniques
• Genuine desire to work and progress in Education
• Must be available part-time and long-term ASAP
