About the Role:

As a Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and productive learning environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing structured support in alignment with the pupils' ECHP's and/or IEP's.
• Offering tailored assistance to your 121 pupil and other students in the class.
• Accompanying your 121 child on trips and visits.
• Undertaking basic administrative tasks to prepare resources for each lesson.
• Taking responsibility for acquiring additional resources to aid your 121 child in accessing lesson content.
• Effectively differentiating lesson content to cater to the specific needs of your 121 child.
• Maintaining professional responsibility for the well-being of all children by adhering to safeguarding policies.

This full-time role runs from 8:15 am to 3:40 pm, Monday to Friday.
