• Position: SEN English Teacher in an Alternative Provision School
• Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire
• Commencement: ASAP
• Type: Temporary to Permanent
• Salary: £155 to £239 per day

About the Role:

• Join an Alternative Provision School in High Wycombe, supporting young learners with behavioural challenges and special educational needs, including Autism.
• Deliver English education to Key Stage 4, adapting lessons to meet the specific needs of each student.
• Embrace a therapeutic teaching approach in a supportive environment.

Candidate Requirements:

• Ideally possess QTS; individuals with degrees and teaching experience will also be considered.
• Have experience in teaching English to Key Stage 4 students.
• Demonstrate a passion for supporting students with special educational needs and behavioural challenges.
• Be open to working with a therapeutic approach to teaching.
• Possess the ability to tailor lessons and learning experiences to the specific needs of individual pupils.
