Tradewind are recruiting for experienced teaching assistants to work in an SEN schools in Bridgend.
The SEN, Primary and Secondary Schools in Bridgend will have students with a range of SEN Needs such as Autism, Mild & Severe Learning Difficulties, Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties and Social & Emotional Behavioural Difficulties, you will be required to have a flexible approach and have the ability to work with all ages from 3 - 19 years old.
As a Teaching Assistant you may be required to work either one to one with pupils or to support the class as teaching assistant.
Tradewind are looking for candidates who have prior school experience working with Primary/Secondary and SEN candidates. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are enthusiastic, motivated, positive, who can use their own initiative and able to think quickly in challenging and changing situations. Professionalism and Reliability is needed to be a great candidate for a school.
As a supply TA with Tradewind you will need to have an adaptable and flexible approach as no two days or Schools are the same. We are recruiting for Long Term Supply and Daily bookings.

To work in schools you will need to have current EWC (Education Workforce Council) as a School Learning Support Worker, Current DBS (registered with the Update Service). We also offer a full TA training course to get you best prepared for your future TA roles in Schools.
