We are looking for a compassionate, resilient and enthusiastic SEN Learning Support Assistant to work in a warm and friendly school for children and young adults with SEMH, ADHD, ASD, MLD and SpLD.

You will support students with an interactive and practical curriculum and guide them to find independence and social skills by building strong and positive relationships.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Significant experience working with students with SEN
* Have strong behaviour management and the ability to implement and utilise behaviour management strategies effectively.
* Relevant moving and handling training, and Team Teach is desirable.

Ideal candidates will:
* Be able to work using your initiative and follow direction when needed.
* Have prior experience of working with children with complex needs.
* Have the ability to build strong relationships with both students and staff.
* Have experience of implementing specific learning strategies and routines.
* Be a professional practitioner, with a will to attain the highest standard in teaching and learning.
