This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) to make a significant impact on the lives of our pupils, aged 11-16, who have various needs including Autism, Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) issues, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to pupils with diverse SEN needs.
  • Implement personalized learning strategies to enhance pupil engagement and achievement.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and SEN staff to develop and deliver effective educational plans.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with SEN pupils, particularly those with Autism, SEMH, MLD, and SLD.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to bring your personality and creativity to the role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.

Employment Details:

  • This is a temp-to-perm role: Initial agency placement for 2-4 weeks, with the potential to transition to a permanent contract based on performance.
  • Immediate start available; trials are being held now.
