A great opportunity for a creative primary teacher to work as a SEN Primary Teacher within an outstanding school in Camden, North West London.



The SEN Teacher position is to start in January 2021
The school are looking to trial the right correct SEN Primary Teacher ASAP
The SEN Primary Teacher must have previous experience of teaching pupils with a range of needs (moderate-severe)
Have access to North West London


The primary school is in Camden and is in the process of opening a resourced provision and nurture group for the SEN students needing additional support. This particular class will contain 8 children within Year 2-Year 4, all functioning at a KS1 level. Your day as a Special Needs Teacher will depend entirely on how you support the children and work with a lovely team of support staff. There really are no limits to the interests, passions, hobbies and activities that the students we support enjoy.



The successful person will be supported in post by a trust leadership which ensures our:

It is key for this role that you are positive, adaptable and enjoy having a laugh. These children will need a positive environment to thrive in, especially since returning from the COVID-19 lockdown. Please ensure you can commit to this role, as reliability for the students you will be supporting is a key factor. They require stability and need support in accessing activities to allow them to achieve their full potential.

School Details:

· 8 pupils within a nurture group

· 2-3 TA's supporting

· Being adaptable and flexible is very important for this school as there are a wide variety of SEN within the classroom.

· Based in Camden, North West London



Essential requirements:

QTS or Equivalent (QTLS)
Knowledge of the P Scales Curriculum
Legal right to work in the UK
Experienced Teacher
Experience within a SEN setting or an Alternative Provision
