70-90 daily rate based on experience

Role will include 121 and small group work as well as supporting class teacher

Tradewind Recruitment are working with a 'Good' Mainstream Secondary school in Bedfordshire who are looking for an enthusiastic SEN TA to join their supportive team.

The ideal candidate will be a committed, flexible and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant who is able to inspire and motivate students. SEN experience is desirable but not essential but candidates will be expected to have strong literacy and numeracy skills.

The Science SEN Teaching Assistant must:
*Ideally have a TA qualification or degree
*Ideally have recent experience working as a TA/LSA/121/Technician
*Have energy, commitment and creativity
*Be able to engage well with colleagues, children and their parents
*Have a positive attitude
*Have clear and strong written and spoken communication skills
*Be available and willing to commit for the academic year 2020/21
