One of the fantastic schools we work with in Chesham are looking for a 1-2-1 Special needs Teaching assistant to start full time in September.

* 8:30am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday (minimum expectation)
* Pay rate of £70 per day
* Experience of working within a school setting or with pupils / adults with SEN is desirable but not essential

The school is a well-funded, supportive secondary school on the outskirts of Chesham who are looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant to work with several pupils starting in year 7. The requirements for the pupils include difficulties in Communication and Interaction, ASD and SEMH. As an SEN Teaching assistant you'll be working with small groups 2-3 and on a direct 1-2-1 basis assisting pupils throughout classes, keeping them on task, ensuring work is not only completed but understood at the child's pace and within their capabilities.

The school were recently Graded Outstanding in all area's by Ofsted and pupils take pride in their school, results and fellow learners. You'll benefit from a new starter induction programme, excellent CPD, friendly and dedicated staff, socials events, free on-site car park, and an ethos focusing on positive learning behaviour and high expectations for all pupils and staff.

You will need:
* A current DBS check on the update service (we can provide and even repay t and c's apply)
* A complete work history spanning 10 years where applicable
