Tradewind Recruitment is working with a large, inclusive Secondary School in the borough of Harrow who are seeking an SEN TA to join their team ASAP to support students in Year 7 with Special Educational Needs and other barriers to their learning. This is a full time, long term position commencing immediately and running for the full academic year.

The Role - SEN TA - Harrow, North West London:
*Led by a passionate and experience SENCo, you will be joining a team of SEN TAs who are dedicated to provide the highest level of service and commitment to their students within the school
*Working with induvial students within the mainstream classroom, you will encourage, motivate and engage students with their lesson, helpling to overcome any barriers that arise
*You will also aid students and teachers by planning and preparing individual and small group intervention sessions
*You will be a motivated, compassionate individual with exceptional interpersonal skills
*This position is open to experienced SEN TAs and recent graduates with experience working with young people alike.
