About the role - SEN Teacher - Enfield, North London

Located in Enfield, North London this 'Good' Ofsted Secondary School has high aspirations for all its students to go on and achieve in further education or the world or work. Students behaviour at the school is good and they respect themselves, their peers and their teachers. Yearly the school has identified several students who join in Year 7 who are under prepared for the demands of secondary schooling in academic or mental terms but usually a mixture of both. These students are not also SEN children and have these issues for a variety of reasons. The school has identified the need to find an experienced teacher from either a Primary or Secondary School setting with some SEN experience who would be keen to work with these pupils to help them bridge the gap. This is a permanent role starting in September earlier based on the successful applicant's availability.
