This is a 3-form entry mainstream Primary that has excellent results at all key stages. It has an inclusive ethos that tries to include all SEN pupils in every mainstream class as much as possible. The school employees talented SEN professionals including a leading SENCo, 2 full time SEN teachers and several experienced LSA's. The school has excellent resources available including modern and large learning spaces, the latest educational equipment, and the latest SEN educational techniques. This role is in addition to the already set team as the school look to grow capacity in the department.

Role requirements - SEN Teacher - Newham, East London
*This is a rewarding and enjoyable role supporting SEN children at the start of their education journey. These children have autism at different levels of the scale so strong experience working with the type of SEN is essential.
*All the students the successful candidate will be working with are in either reception or Year 1 so experience of supporting very young students is desirable. The successful candidate will need to work well as part of a team who are very welcoming and hard working.
*The school is happy to provide ongoing training and development for a teacher who is keen to further their own skills and knowledge. The role is offered on a fix term contract for a minimum of two terms or on a direct permanent basis on the teachers' pay scale.
