A special needs school for pupils with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) in Lewisham, is searching for a full-time teacher to join them in September 2020. They are looking for someone to cover, whilst the permanent member of staff is on maternity leave until July 2020.



The successful candidate must have experience teaching across a Primary curriculum as this particular Year 9 class is working at Primary levels. The needs of the pupils include Autism and Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).



The class sizes are small and there is support staff in every class. It would be beneficial for the applicant to have the positive handling training 'Team Teach', but not essential, as the school offers training for their staff.
