Person Specification
For this post, you must be an assertive and caring Teaching Assistant who has previous experience working with SEN children either in a volunteer or paid role. You will provide a willingness to contribute to all lessons and overseeing the preparation of lessons for this pupil. You must have the skills to confidently face challenging situations with a calm and collective approach. Previous experience supporting students is an essential requirement of this role.

About the Role
You will be working in the SEND hub to support this pupil. She in non-verbal yet fully understands the world around her. This particular child needs routine and consistency, so a TA with excellent organisational skills, dependable and hardworking would be ideal.
