The successful applicant will be required to provide specialised 1:1 support to a pupil diagnosed with Autism. The school are looking for a candidate who will commit to the role for the full academic year with the view of continuing in September 2021. Working hours for this role will be 8:30am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.

The successful applicant will be required to support a Year 2 pupil who has been diagnosed with Autism. The children has limited speech and struggles with social interaction with their peers. The successful candidate will have a calm and nurturing approach and have previous experience supporting pupils with special educational needs. You will work closely with the class teacher and school SENCO to ensure the child's learning needs are being met.

The school is served by excellent public transport links and parking is available for all staff who wish to drive.

The position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas police Clearances and professional reference checks.
