SEN Teaching Assistant
This will be to start in November. This is a full time, long-term role for the rest of the academic year and possibly beyond, paying between £80.00 and £90.00 per day on PAYE.
This Primary school are looking for someone to work within their Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP) which provides for pupils with Autism. The successful candidate will be supporting the class teacher in a small classroom of 5 students within KS1, possibly supporting students 1:1.
This Brent based Primary School is an inclusive community which aims to include and make provision for all children for who it is considered that their needs can be met with. There is free parking at the school for drivers and it is also easily accessible via local train lines and buses.
They are able to offer a very emotionally supportive environment where all staff know and look after all children. Staff have undergone Emotion Coaching training and there is a strong emphasis on mental health and wellbeing.

Essential Requirements:
- Experience supporting young people with special needs, specifically Autism (ASD/ASC)
- Previous support work, TA or LSA work within a Primary School or other related experience.
- A caring and professional manner, willing to support with the personal care of pupils.
- Must have legal right to work in the UK.
