Are you an experienced Level 3 SEN Teaching assistant looking for a new opportunity in Burnley?

Tradewind are looking for an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a friendly team of over 20 Teaching Assistant's in a mixed SEN School providing support for 2-11-year-old students with generic learning difficulties. The role is to start after October half term 2019 on an ongoing basis, with the potential to continue until July 2020 and the opportunity to go permanent. The pay will be from £65 - £80 a day, depending on experience.

This Primary SEN School prides themselves on their outstanding facilities such as multi-sensory room, therapy room, outdoor area offering an outdoor classroom and lots more. They have a fantastic team and dedication to supporting their pupils.

They are looking for a passionate experienced Level 3 SEN teaching assistant to support pupils across the school who have a wide range of learning difficulties, including Autism, sever/moderate learning difficulties and complex medical needs. The role will include supporting pupils on a 121 as well as small groups. It is essential that you have both classroom experience but also experience working with SEN.

We are looking for:
*Excellent communication and behaviour management techniques
*Confidence in dealing with challenging behaviour
*Experience with supporting SEMH
*Be able to confidently work as part of the team and independently
*Team Teach Trained (not essential as training will be given)

The school is based in Burnley and is easily accessible via public transport and is close to the M65. This School has a large car park onsite for all staff.
