Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for a caring, fun and engaging TA/LSA who has experience working with SEND pupils either as part of small groups or on a one to one basis. We are currently working with a number of local schools who know they will require SEN support for a particular child with additional needs.

This opportunity is to start as soon as possible.

The successful SEN TA / SEN LSA will need to be able to support pupils that may have challenging behaviour, specific learning difficulties or EHCP's. With support from other members of staff, activities will be set by the teacher, and you will support pupils with their progress and attainment.

We are equally interested in hearing from those looking for their first role within a school. Newly qualified graduates or those interested in working with children can also apply. The schools we work closely with are looking for someone who can support their SEND pupils with a range of needs from Autism to SLD. Therefore, no matter how large or small your experience with SEND is we would like to hear from you.
We want Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants who can support children in a variety of lessons.
A committed professional, who has previous experience working with children. Experience with special needs is highly desirable.
A lively and caring individual who will support groups of children and act as a 1:1 support when needed.
