We are looking to recruit a SEN Teaching Assistant who can support primary and secondary aged students with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties at an Alternative Provision in Cheltenham.

The ideal candidate should be someone who can manage challenging behaviour and emotional outbursts and can remain calm but diligent and empathetic at the same time.

The school is based near Cheltenham and can be accessed via car easily from Cirencester, Stroud and Gloucester. Past experience in sports, military, or working for HM Prison Service or in areas related to psychotherapy is advantageous but not necessary.
