Tradewind Recruitment are working with a fantastic primary school in Enfield who would like recruit a motivated, experienced teaching assistant is required for a fantastic primary school in Ponders End, Enfield.

*Year 3 1:1 support for SEN pupil
*Two form entry primary- Ofsted rated "Good" school
*Start ASAP
*Full time, 5 days per week

The inclusion leader is keen to appoint a talented teaching assistant who has a positive mindset and will be able to work alongside staff in the school to support a boy in year 3 who has communication and behavioural difficulties.

Previous experience, working with pupils with complex behavioural needs is needed for this role. The pupil needing support has suspected to Autism so any experience working with pupils with Autism is highly desirable. An understanding and training in PEC's, Teach or Team Teach would be desirable.

*Has previous experience supporting pupils with behavioural and SEN
*Has an engaging, confident approach
*Able to communicate, and build positive relationships with pupils, parent and staff
