The main part of this role is one-to-one with a student diagnosed with ASD in reception. The student has struggled to make any sort of connection with helpers other than the class teacher and the mother. They're looking for someone warm and who has a positive energy about them that the student can trust and build a rapport with.

there will be a couple periods throughout the day when you will be working in year 1 as a general class TA.

Specifics of the role:

*Full-time (8:30-4:00) - Option to become permanent at the end of the academic year
*A Degree with a 2:1 or higher (Desirable)
*Have experience in ASD
*Have a warm and positive energy about them
*Flexibility within the role is a must! - you must be able to slot in when and where necessary even if it's not within the specific role you agreed to.
*Experience in a school is a must
*Must be easy to work with and a team player
