Tradewind has partnered up with a Primary school in Fulham who are currently recruiting for a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to work with students of low ability and who have ASC. The position will commence in October 2020 and will continue throughout the duration of the academic year with the potential of going perm.

The school is looking for an experienced 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to work alongside students of different abilities and levels on a full-time basis. The candidate will need to have a stong background of working with SEN students, and more specifically ASC. The ideal candidate will we confident working on a 1:1 basis with numerous students and providing intervention and booster lessons, along with taking reports and tracking progress.

The TA must have:
*2+ Years' experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant
*Experience working with ASC
*Sound understanding of the all different needs and abilities
*Confident working alongside lower ability students
*Good organizational skills for tracking pupil progress
*Full time availability
*The ability to work hard and allow the students to hit their targets throughout the year
*Patience and a calm approach
*A committed, hardworking attitude
*The ability to engage well with colleagues, children and their parents
*Excellent behaviour management skills

Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualifications
