The school has a new year 3 student joining them with mild ASD and they have been given funding to have someone work with this student on a one-to-one basis. The girl has some minor speech & language issues so someone with experience in that regard is essential. The SEN Teaching Assistant role will consist of working with the student one-to-one basis in the morning and then again in the afternoon but within the mainstream classroom assisting with learning.
