Tradewind Recruitment are working with a supportive, inclusive and progressive mixed mainstream Secondary School in Hillingdon who are seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to join their inclusion team as soon as possible. This is a full time position (Monday - Friday) that will run until the end of the academic year in the first instance.

About the role - SEN Teaching Assistant - Hillingdon:
*You will be supporting a small group of key students across KS3-5 in their classes to encourage and motivate them to achieve their best.
*These students will have a range of mild to moderate learning difficulties or special educational need including but not limited to ASC, ADHD, Asperger's, Global Delay, MLD or SEMH
*You will also plan and deliver bespoke learning activities for your students and run out of classroom interventions focussing on certain learning modules or issues relevant to your student


About the candidate - SEN Teaching Assistant - Hillingdon:
*The successful candidate will be a confident, energetic person with a passion for education and helping students to reach their academic, social and emotional goals
*Prior experience supporting young people with SEN or learning difficulties is essential, either in a classroom or in an extracurricular setting
*You will be knowledgeable, flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work cohesively with a close-knit, supportive inclusion team
