This is an opportunity to work in a school that is seeking to nurture and develop their students into confident and capable young members of society.
Based in Hounslow, this Ofsted rated 'Outstanding' school caters for 65 pupils with severe emotional and behavioural difficulties, Autistic Spectrum Disorders and Speech and Language Difficulties. This is a setting where staff take a nurturing approach, setting firm but fair boundaries and seeing to make a real difference in the lives of their pupils. The school is located in the centre of Cranford and is best accessed by car or local public transport links. The grounds include a large covered astro turf field and indoor courts, with plenty of break out spaces.
Students at the school present with challenging behaviour and are often facing obstacles related to social, emotional and mental health issues. All students at the school have an Educational Health Care Plan and most will have an additional diagnosis of Autism.
