The school rated by OFSTED as 'Outstanding' in Feltham, Hounslow, Greater London are looking for a SEN TA until at least July 2021 with a view to it being made permanent.

The school is seeking a calm, patient, caring and perseverant teaching assistant to start straight away.

This role involves 1:1 support for a Y2 Child with EBD who needs general support to motivate him and to help them access the school curriculum and to motivate them in their learning. He is self-directed and is learning is currently as expected. There may also be some general TA work, as and when required.

They are seeking a calm, firm-but-fair teaching assistant to work with them and to assist them to ensure good progress as he prepares to begin at the school. The school are looking for someone who can control behaviour through a variety of effective behaviour strategies.

Your hours of work will be 8.30am- 4.00pm with 45 minutes lunch, Daily Rate £75.00 - £85.00

This will be an interesting and varied role. There will be some challenges but it will be a very rewarding!

For this SEN Teaching Assistant role, the school are seeking candidates who:

*Ideally have at least one years' experience working in a school
*Previous experience working with SEN children
*Can set clear boundaries and expectations of behaviour
*You must have the right to work in the UK
*Your CV must cover the last 10 Years of employment history
*Is willing to contribute to the broader life of the school.
*Be willing to contribute to the development of the phase and the school through their own professional development.
