The school is a popular two-form entry Primary School located in the centre of Brentford. The school is small and friendly and serves children from Brentford and beyond. They provide a high-quality education through engaging and creative teaching activities. They are a very welcoming school and love watching their staff develop in their roles.

They are looking for someone who has worked at least 1 year in a SEN support role and is confident working with students whom have ASC, ADHD, and/or Behaviour difficulties. The right person will be confident in preparing intervention lessons, following curriculum guidelines, attending staff meetings and completing intervention reports as well as building rapport with the children to help. You must have a good knowledge of working 1:1 and in small group settings.

This is the perfect role for someone who has worked as a SEN Teacher assistant or LSA in the past and is looking at joining a welcoming and supportive school.

This is a Long-term role and will be starting in October 2020 until July 2021.

The ideal candidate will:
* Have experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant or LSA
* Be confident working with students who have ASC, ADHD, Behaviour Difficulties and need extra support in and out of the classroom.
* Be hard-working and highly motivated
* Have good behaviour Management skills
* Be open to learning new methods along with bringing your experience and skills to the table
* Be friendly and comfortable working on your own and in a team with the class teacher and support staff

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working 1:1 and in small groups with students who need the extra support. You will be expected to prepare deliver and asses intervention lessons each week keeping records of how the students are progressing and providing feedback to the parents
Location:
The School is located within Brentford, Hounslow, with it being a walking distance from Brentford Station.
