Requirements for the SEN Teaching Assistant role:

  • Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant in mainstream or SEN settings.
  • Proficiency in supporting students with diverse learning needs and knowledge of relevant teaching strategies and resources.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to engage in ongoing training and professional development.
  • Commitment to inclusivity and equal educational opportunities for all students.
